We are on the hunt for awesome startup CEOs to work with of our pods (lean startup teams). What this means is that Pollenizer is looking for high calibre individuals who would be interested in exploring opportunities to partner with us on a new venture as a co-founder (your business idea or ours). Note: this would involve investing your $’s alongside our $’s – so that we are equally aligned as partners on any upside :) and on any downside :(
Maybe you have an idea for an innovative new web business, but you’re just not sure about the most effective way to get started in the high risk world of startups. Or you just haven’t been able to find a technical co-founder with a proven depth of startup experience required…someone who has a strong reputation that you can trust going into business with. Or you’ve been thinking about how you can utilise the strong skills and experience that you have built up in your career. Or maybe you have an idea to disrupt the very industry that you work in, and want to leverage your deep domain expertise. Is it your time to have a crack at being an entrepreneur? You need to have strong entrepreneurial flare and drive, good leadership skills, show passion in everything you do and preferably have a Business Development / Sales & Marketing background (we are not seeking technical founders – this is what our friends at Startmate and Y Combinator do through their mentoring programs).
