About Nicola Farrell

Hey I'm Nicola, I work between Marketing and Operations. My focus in Pollenizer has been running events including Startup Bootcamps, From Little Things & Pollenizer Academy. One of the first things I learnt when joining the team was that failing is ok as long as you learn from it.

I began my career in sales, moving into online marketing. In the past few years, I've been marketing and promoting various events. Working on various startup projects both in Sydney and Dublin, the startup bug got me and I can't help but love the fast paced environment, the speed of change and working to deadlines. What can I say, it keeps me sane, kind of..

Whilst trying to be a Yogi, I am far more comfortable with a Shiraz in hand socialising and spending time with good friends and family.
