Hi I'm Isaac, GM for Pollenizer Southeast Asia. I am working on turning Pollenizer into a productive contributor to the Southeast Asia startup ecosystem.
I love many things about my job.
I love using simple technology and process innovation to change human behavior.
I love being forced to take risks and release before I'm ready.
I love Pollenizer's disruptive approach to startup incubation.
Some things I've learned since joining Pollenizer; that there are some amazing people working on startups in Southeast Asia; my max number of quality Pollenizer pitch meetings in one day is five; lean startup gets way more interesting when you start trying to apply it on a daily basis.
Some things I've failed at: I joined a startup at age 20 that failed stupendously in the first dot com crash; I built a number of cutting edge technology products for children that sold poorly; I lived through two of Yahoo's "lost years" :-)
In my spare time I help run the blinkBL_NK
monthly speaker series and the Singapore Lean Startup Circle
and help maintain Singapore's only disc golf course
. If I'm not doing one of those things then I'm usually hanging with my wife and two young kids. You can read more about me at isouweine.com
