In the latest Pollenizer podcast I talk to Nikki Durkin founder of 99 dresses, a fashion-swapping website that allows users access to an infinite wardrobe of clothes, and Pierre Sauvignon the product manager at Pollenizer who has worked (slavishly) on 99 dresses.

We have a chat about how Nikki successfully used Facebook to test out her early ideas around 99 dresses. She also inadvertently created a core group of users who helped shape the site and gave fantastic feedback during the development and release of the site. Pierre chats about how this impacted the product development side of things and meant they could make less assumptions about what was working and what wasn’t.

Definitely, an interesting case study of creating a minimum viable product without any coding. Listen below
